Code of Conduct

  • Quiet Hours: Maintain silence from 10 PM to 8 AM to respect others’ sleep time.
  • Cleanliness: Keep common areas clean and dispose of trash properly. Personal spaces should be tidy and hygienic.
  • Safety: No open flames, or hazardous materials allowed. Ensure all doors are locked when leaving.
  • Respect: Treat all campers and staff with respect. Harassment or discrimination is not tolerated.
  • Noise: Use headphones for music or media. Avoid loud conversations in hallways.
  • Facilities: Use hotel facilities responsibly. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately.
  • Compliance: Follow all hotel policies and emergency procedures.
  1. After Mentoring Sessions, you have free time until 10:00 PM, Please be sure to be back to your hotel rooms
  2. After 10 pm, stay within your floor’s lounges or restrooms; do not visit other floors.
  3. Always wear your name tags with emergency contact info.
  4. Speak English only
  5. Respect counselors, mentors, chaperones, Hotel staff, and each other.

Checking in with a Counselor

  • Name tag – Wear your nametag every day!

  • Please Do not lose your Key Card
  • If you lose your hotel key card you will have to pay $50 to get a new one

Issued by camp staff for inappropriate behavior

  1.  First Strike: Sit-down meeting with Camp Manager
  2.  Second Strike: Call Parents
  3.  Third Strike: Disciplinary Committee to consider dismissal from the program

  1. Hotel Breakfast time:  6:30 am to 9 am (weekday), 7:30 am to 9 am (weekend)
